PRAGUE PREPERATION

Before a competition I like to change my methods of training a little as well as my diet. I’ve done this quite a few times and it has worked out quite well every time, however, sometimes things don’t go as planned such as now..

For the past days I’ve been quite sick, not only is the illness frustrating but the fact that it’s like the fifth time in three months really worries me. I remember when I was a kid there were some years when I wasn’t sick a single time. So the past three or four days or whatever (I’ve actually lost track, because I haven’t been doing anything besides sitting at home) I’ve had a head ache, cold, an extremely blocked nose (probably never had anything like this, first days I couldn’t get any air in at all, literally).

Oh well this is mostly a post to moan because I have nothing better to do and I’m starting to get booooooooooooored…..

It was so much fun and so many things happened. It’s really hard to actually write stuff down and talk about it because way too much actually happened and I really don’t know where to start but I’ll give it a try!

Basically there was around 50 freestylers at the meeting.

Pele sports, Monster Energy, Kombo streetwear and MontaSoccer are four companies that helped out at the meeting somehow by sponsoring or giving discounts on products (Monta).

The Italians were by far the craziest at the meeting, the things Domy and Mirko were doing are just unbelievable, when you see the videos you will amazed. Obviously there were a lot of other guys that did very well but these two deserve mentioning the most

The meeting was featured in a few newspapers and on TV. Radio was interested as well but that never happened as far as I know.

All right! I was considering making another DVD but I decided to not, instead, I will be releasing parts on YouTube, free of charge !

The first part is being uploaded as we speak and it contains footage of the trip to Pyrzyce as well as footage from Pyrzyce.

For those of you who don’t know, Pyrzyce is a city in Poland where a major European competition was held back in March (2010). This was the third time the competition was held but the first year there was only Polish competitors.
