Before a competition I like to change my methods of training a little as well as my diet. I’ve done this quite a few times and it has worked out quite well every time, however, sometimes things don’t go as planned such as now..
For the past days I’ve been quite sick, not only is the illness frustrating but the fact that it’s like the fifth time in three months really worries me. I remember when I was a kid there were some years when I wasn’t sick a single time. So the past three or four days or whatever (I’ve actually lost track, because I haven’t been doing anything besides sitting at home) I’ve had a head ache, cold, an extremely blocked nose (probably never had anything like this, first days I couldn’t get any air in at all, literally).
Oh well this is mostly a post to moan because I have nothing better to do and I’m starting to get booooooooooooored…..
